David Ford v Sir Paul Condon (Commissioner Metropolitan Police)
I instructed my solicitor to
get the Police to return my bonds and he was told
that he would have to take the Police to court to
get them back. It has been 16 months since the
bonds were taken unlawfully from my home and no
charges have been levelled at me in respect of
the bonds. My solicitor now has been offered
approximately half the bonds back. Where are the
rest? I can prove how many were taken and I shall
be asking for full interest on those bonds at a
high rate. I must state that in this incident the
officers involved in my arrest, apart from
breaking down my door, were a credit to the force
and I have no quarrel with them. It appears to me
that it is more senior officers in the force who
are corrupt and malicious.
Sir Paul Condon, because of
your lack of action in bringing to justice those
officers in your force (the names of whom you
have), you have brought yourself into these
conspiracies. I feel that you are unsuitable to
hold a warrant card much less your role as
Commissioner of Police and a Knight of the Realm.
A person who holds such a position as yourself
should be beyond reproach which you are clearly
not. If you have any respect for justice you will
meet me in court and answer these charges.
I would like to state that on
the whole I feel the Police do an extremely
difficult job well and that the normal
"officer on the beat" should be praised
for putting themselves in the frontline on our
behalf. My fight is with those officers who
misuse their authority and these persons should
not be allowed to sully the good names of the
honest officers in the force.
Due to the limitations on
space this is just a brief outline of my case and
I hold much more evidence of Police corruption
and conspiracies by senior officers in the
Metropolitan Police . It is unfortunate that I am
unable to show it all here, due to lack of space
and the fact that if I present all my evidence
here the Police will only conspire even further
to pervert the course of justice.
