David Ford v Sir Paul Condon (Commissioner Metropolitan Police)

Dave Ford Profile

Between leaving the Armed Forces in the early Sixties and my unjust prison sentence in 1985 I have had a number of trades including Slaughterman and Continental HGV driver, during which time I saved a significant amount of money. With this money I was able to buy a shop with an upstairs flat which was rented out to tenants, while from the shop I ran a number of businesses including a driving school and quality car hire firm. As these businesses grew I was able to expand and purchase another shop, again with flats above that were rented out.

The car hire firm which provided chauffeur-driven and self-drive luxury cars along with my others business interests were thriving and with the money from the rented flats allowed me a very comfortable lifestyle. This was all then snatched away from me when I was unjustly convicted of a crime of which I am innocent.

Since then I have been fighting to see justice done and retrieve my property from the authorities. I am now living on sick pension and have only just received any form of legal aid, but I refuse to give up until all my property is returned.
