I note with regret that you did not receive this advice, which firmly advised you to renew your appeal following the original refusal by the single Judge.         Fortunately you were given leave to appeal out of time. The Court of Appeal granted you leave because they disagreed with the single Judge and found that ground 1 of the grounds of appeal I drafted was indeed arguable.         I confirm that I will be representing you and conducting your appeal on the 28th of October.         yours sincerely,         Matthew Farmer
